The majority of the work that we do is done at the client's location, but we are very flexible and are more than happy to work from remote locations if and when required.


ILG will review and maintain any material that the client has to confirm that it is still correct and that the processes and procedures are still applicable.

Technical Writing

We believe that technical writing involves the creation of useful documents that can be clearly understood by users.


In order to achieve understanding we clarify terms used by the organisation, by presenting useful information that is clear and easy to understand for the user.


Poor technical writing will lead to increase confusion by creating unnecessary terms, or worse still, failing to explain any terms. While grammar, spelling and punctuation are of the utmost importance, non is more so than the process and procedure that the document is trying to explain.
